Pastor David is a native of Western Maryland and a 1980 Graduate of Washington Bible College. He was married to his wife, Cindy, for 42 Years at the time of her passing on June 9, 2003. Pastor David started His ministry at First English Baptist Church in 1991. After retiring from full-time ministry, he remains active at First English as Pastor emeritus.
